We Deserve to Party
We Deserve to Party, Volare’s Benefit Concert
Lets keep the party going — we are officially back for a second year!
We unfortunately know that often survivors express self-blame and shame that speaks loudly, proclaiming, “I shouldn’t have gone out” or “I shouldn’t have drank." To that, we say, “You deserve to party…and be safe."
The truth is, We do Deserve to Party! We deserve to be in spaces and be free from harm, we deserve to have fun and not have to worry, we deserve a community free from sexual violence because it is 100% possible!
We are so excited to share the We Deserve to Party benefit concert with you and hope you join us - together, we can make it a reality!
P.S. This year, the concert will take place during Sexual Assault Awareness Month and in honor of Denim Day. Check out the history of Denim Day!
