How We Can Help
You decide what you want to work on and what you feel comfortable sharing. You do not have to tell your entire story or discuss anything before you are ready.
Our approach recognizes that each person's experiences, identities, relationships, and circumstances shape what support may look like. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your goals guide the work.
Meet one-on-one with a therapist who understands how trauma can affect your life. Therapy can offer space to process your experiences, explore your feelings, strengthen coping skills, and work toward goals that matter to you.
GET CONNECTED
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized therapy that can help people process distressing or traumatic experiences. Your therapist can explain how EMDR works and help you decide whether it might be right for you.
EMDR Therapy
Connect with others who may have shared experiences in a supportive, facilitated setting. Groups can provide opportunities to build community, learn coping strategies, and feel less alone. Availability may vary.
