Employer & Workplace Giving
Workplace giving is often a company-sponsored program that provides its employees with the opportunity to financially support nonprofit organizations. Through this, employees can make donations to the nonprofits they care about. Workplace giving is an umbrella term that refers to multiple types of programs.
Employer Matching
Many companies encourage employees to donate to their favorite charities by matching their contributions. This means that your donation to Volare could be doubled, or even tripled! Some employers even extend these policies to retirees or spouses of employees.

Volunteer Grants
Folks that might not be able to donate financially, can still donate their time. Folks who volunteer on a regular basis with Volare can submit a volunteer grant request to their employer. In return, Volare can receive a donation from the employer based on the number of hours volunteered.
Payroll Deductions
Rather than folks going out of their way to make donations, payroll deduction automatically deducts a portion of paychecks to donate to Volare. Payroll deductions are usually small but can quickly add up. This is a tax-deductible donation!
Charitable Spending Accounts & donor advised-funds
Folks can receive a set amount of money from charitable spending accounts or donor advised-funds from their employer to donate to Volare. Are you a private industry employee? Benevity, CyberGrants, United Way, Fidelity, and more are workplace donation platforms used by many large companies to make it easy for employees to donate to nonprofits like Volare! Folks can contribute funds, receive immediate tax benefits, and then recommend grants to nonprofits, like Volare.

Giving Campaigns
Folks can donate during specific giving campaigns their employers hosts such as annual drives or disaster relief campaigns.
Combined Federal Campaign
Are you a federal employee? The federal government’s national fundraising initiative, also known as the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), makes it easy for all federal employees and military personnel to donate money to nonprofits like Volare! Select Volare today by using our CFC number: 21178. .
