The antidote to trauma is connection.

Why trauma education?

By expanding trauma-informed training across diverse sectors, we take a crucial step towards ensuring that every crime survivor receives the dignity, respect, and empowerment they deserve at every stage of their healing journey.

Our specialized training equips professionals from all fields—law enforcement, legal and medical experts, educators, and beyond—to meet survivors where they are. With this knowledge, they can offer the compassionate, informed support that survivors need as they navigate their recovery. No matter the setting, no matter the role, we are all part of creating an environment where survivors feel heard, valued, and supported.

Together, we can transform the way we respond to trauma, one connection at a time.

Vicarious Trauma Trainings

While much of our focus is on supporting individuals directly impacted by trauma, we also recognize the critical need to care for those who stand beside them—the caregivers, advocates, and professionals who provide ongoing support. How do we help those who listen to traumatic stories day after day? How do we ensure that they, too, are supported in navigating the emotional toll of their work?

Volare’s Vicarious Trauma Trainings are designed to answer these crucial questions. We equip those who work with trauma survivors with the tools they need to recognize and address the impact of vicarious trauma, fostering resilience and well-being in both individuals and organizations. With our training, we provide the resources to help professionals maintain their own mental and emotional health, so they can continue to offer compassionate, effective support to those who need it most.
